In case you missed it, Andrew Vegetabile accepted the debate challenge, on a few conditions. Both parties are
still prepared to debate but…from latest exchanges it appears the debate may not take place;( BUT it is still
possible, things can always change!
Josh replied back to Andrew’s response accepting the debate challenge.
Andrew then replied to Josh expressing he did not want to debate unless it was in public.
Andrew’s new statement:
“I refuse to engage in a “battle of the wits” via email, for the sole reason that I can
not verify that it is truly you at the other end.”
WHY THE DEBATE BETWEEN JOSH AND ANDREW?
As you know, the main goal of this debate is to address the controversy between Josh of Paycoin and Andrew,
Litecoin association member. That is why Josh challenged Andrew to a friendly debate, to clear the air on
crytocurrency ethics brought up by Andrew towards Josh/GAW.
Both the Paycoin and Litecoin community are very anxious to see just if the debate will actually transpire.
I think the majority of people want a friendly debate to open up dialogue and give them the information they
may not already have.
THE ECHO HEARD AROUND THE FORUMS
The cryptocommunity has had much to say about Josh and Andrew’s debate!
One Hashtalk member @dovaboy had a great suggestion:
“Talking face to face answers on video, with a list of topics to roll though submitted by each. Give some time to each to review topic list, then start the convo.. Should be how it goes. having video discussion with these two will be like a gold nugget before anyone knew about the M$oft and Aoole gurus
This video will be epic in 20 years when the crypto is mainstream and in everything, regulated by big brother, for our saftey.”
Nonetheless, Josh Garza and Andrew Vegetabile both need to openly defend themselves. This is why the debate is
so important.
END OF THE DEBATE?
The debate will still happen if the conflicting interests (a.k.a. lack of flexibility) get sorted out.
As for the TNABC Miami conference coming up,
Andrew told Josh:
“I look forward to your Q&A at the Miami conference, perhaps
Moe Levin would allow me to call in ;).”
(That would really be interesting). I have a feeling even if the debate talk is over, we will still be hearing
more chatter between Josh and Mr. Vegetabile
One thing’s for sure, both Josh and Andrew are representing their communities proudly.
